Welcome
to the Church of Saint James the Apostle. We’ve been a part of the village of
Manotick since 1876, deeply rooted in the Anglican tradition, yet very much a
part of today’s world. From the days of the stagecoach to the 21st century
present, Saint James’ has has welcomed visitors to worship in Christian
fellowship, helping to bring the healing message of Christ to the community.
Above all, it is a place where those who have entered its doors have felt the
presence of God and the friendship of our church family. Please join us for
worship on Sunday; if you live in Ottawa, we’d be delighted to have you join the
parish, not only for Sunday worship, but as an participant in some of the
activities you’ll find described on this website.
