Night at the Proms

The annual staging of 'The Last Night of the Proms' was held at Saint Mathias' Church on Sunday 3 October. The Saint James' contingent included Sue and John Fleck, Richard and Ann Coles, Barry and Marg Moloney, Frank and Penny Sisson, and Spruce and Marsha Riordon. Starting with a pub supper in the church hall, and moving to the full show in the church itself, the evening was one of flag waving, foot stomping and lusty singing at full volume. Stiff upper lip? Not on this night!
