Parish Breakfast

The Men's Group was host to the parish on September 27, when fellow parishioner Dr. Neil Reaume gave a talk entitled "Cancer: A Word, Not a Sentence".  Neil is on staff at the Ottawa Hospital, and is the Director of the Postgraduate Medical Oncology Training Program at the University of Ottawa.  Some 35 parishioners attended, and heard a most informative and encouraging presentation on cancer treatment, and on new discoveries which are leading to a greater cure rate and increased longevity for those diagnosed with the disease.
